Does a baby make you silly?!?

Jess and I's adventure with our little boys to the park. Did we bring enough stuff?!? The picture doesn't show justice, but we laughed all the way to our little spot and everyone was staring as we trucked all this stuff through the park---our little boys were entertained for several hours though and we had fun--so who cares what everyone thought of us right?!? :)

daddy dressed him the other day. Elias is apparently all ready for the colts season...a little early, but I guess he is a real fan if he is dressed up even on the off season!

I tried to paint my toe nails and I got side tracked meeting Elias's needs. I went to church like this..haha. no worries they are all painted now.

Elias hasn't liked car rides...so I put several toys in his carseat to entertain him. I didn't realize how many I had and how silly it looked until we got to our destination. Sensory overload maybe? But, hey he enjoyed the ride to say the least!

School is out for the Summer!!

Todd's last day of school was this past Thursday and it has been nice to have Todd home more these past few days. He will still be keeping busy with working basketball camps, taking master's classes, and doing side jobs for several people, but we look foward to doing some fun things as a family over his summer break. Elias was 11 weeks old yesterday---we cannot believe how fast the weeks have flown by!! He is probably a little over 13 pounds now and getting precious little chubby cheeks and baby rolls! He is such a happy baby and joy to us. We especially love getting him out of his crib in the morning as he just smiles and coo's for a while until he realizes he is hungry and wants fed. All the smiles he gives us makes it all worth it---especially if he wakes me up to be fed in the middle of the night to show me one of those big smiles! We feel really blessed though as he is a good sleeper and sleeps through the night most of the time. We are now working on trying to get consistent naps during the day.

After having 12 weeks off from work I officially start back at the church part-time a week from today--So, daddy and grandparent daycare will begin on those days. :) They are much more excited then I am--as they are looking foward to their time with Elias. It is probably going to be somewhat of a hard transition, but I feel extremely blessed to have an amazing schedule which will still allow me to be home most of the time with our little Elias. I also look foward to getting back into the ministry that I know God has planned for me to continue doing right now.
