House update

Here is the latest pic of our house. They have put up all the siding and are now starting to lay brick. On the inside they are finishing the drywall and should be moving on to paint and trim in the next week or so. We have set a closing date of December 21st, and hope to move in just a day or two later so that we are in by Christmas. Everything seems to be going well and everything remains on schedule. We will post a new pic after the brick is done sometime next week.

Goodbye house on Shellbark Dr.

Today and tomorrow we are moving out of Todd and I's first house together. We are extremely excited that we sold the house, but it is a bittersweet time to leave. This has been a great house and we have many wonderful memories here. We are moving in with a very gracious lady from church that has an apartment in her basement. It will be a perfect place to stay until our new house is finished in the middle of Decemember. For now....so long from Shellbark Dr.

Highlights from our trip to Florida...

Todd and I had a wonderful vacation this past week and we were able to get much needed R & R We stayed at my Aunt and Uncle's condo in Port Charlotte, FL. It was a beautiful condo and place to stay---Thank you Diane and Lin!!! The Condo was also 10 minutes away from my grandparents in Punta Gorda. It was wonderful to spend time with them since we don't get to see them often.

During the trip Todd and I watched the first season of Lost. We are hooked....Season number two here we come...

Beautiful Sunset in Punta Gorda, FL. Todd and I sat and watched the sunset two nights during our trip. It was the first time that either of us had actually sat and watched a sunset happen. If you have never done it...it is well worth it.

Trisha's Baby Bump

Baby Hitch is starting to make it's presence known in this world. Hitch is growing and starting to push outward on Trishas stomach. This really marks one of the first images that you can truly tell that trisha is carrying our baby. It has been amazing to watch this transformation in the last few weeks. We truly are blessed to be given a baby and we are so excited for baby Hitch to be born into this world. We can't wait!!

We are leaving for Florida on Wednesday and are looking forward to a much needed vacation. Todd coaches his last football game of the season on Tuesday night and then we shove off very early Wednesday morning. It will be really nice to take a break and relax for a week in warmer weather. See you all when we return.

New House pictures

Todd's new ride...

We realized that Todd's little truck was not going to be a family friendly vehicle, so we broke down and got him a new ride tonight. It is a 99 Honda Passport. This way he can easily haul "Baby Hitch" and also fit his tools when he does carpentry work. You never know how a used car will turnout, but hopefully this faithful Honda will do us good.
